How long until my order is shipped?
We process orders from Monday to Friday, and your order will be processed within 3 business days of placing it. It will then be shipped on the second business day after processing.
Shipping Method: We will utilize various shipping methods to ensure the smooth delivery of products to you, including but not limited to USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Shipping Time: 7-20 business days
So, you can expect to receive your order 10 to 23 business days after placing it.
Where can we ship to?
Our headquarters are located in the United States, and we can ship to all 48 states of the U.S. without any shipping charges.
Outside the 48 states of the United States, we cannot provide services.

If information is inaccurate and/or missing, we may need to reach out to you to update the delivery information, which could result in delays in order delivery. Clearance procedures might also cause delays. Your local customs office may require additional documentation and time to clear your package, which could delay the estimated delivery time. Your order may be delivered by the local postal service or a local courier. Depending on your location, most orders will be delivered by the local postal service, and the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not at home during delivery, the postal service may leave a notification card indicating how and where to collect your package. If you don't receive a response from our customer service team for an extended period (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekends), please check your email's spam folder.
